Tropical apartment for a small family located in Bingin. The design intention is to create a passive house where the owners will have privacy while enjoying a complete connection with the outdoor.

The design balances contemporary simplicity with local warmth, blending natural textures, clean lines, and open layouts to create an atmosphere of effortless sophistication. Every detail, from material selection to spatial rhythm, is crafted to enhance comfort and a deep sense of connection to place.
